For decades people have believed that the Habanero is the spiciest pepper, while in fact Bhut Jolakia is the spiciest pepper. The Bhut Jolakia is also known as the Noga Jolakia, Ghost Chili, Ghost Pepper, and Naga Morich. This pepper has been rated at 1,041,427 Scoville Units. This is amazing because that means that the pepper are at least twice as hot as the Habanero pepper.
A recent addition to the bottles of hot sauce available... or well I wouldn't call it a sauce I would call it a heat additive since it really has no flavor. It is called Blair's 16 Million Reserve. It uses the pure extract from peppers, capsaicin. Pure capsaicin is rated at 16 million Scoville Units. This means it is 16 times hotter then the Bhut Jolakia, and way hotter then any flavored pepper sauce. There have been reports of people having to go to the hospital, because of a few flicks of the powder. Demon's Hot Sauce is sad to admit it, but unfortunately there is such a thing as too much hot.
Hot Regards,

I’ve used Mad Dog hot sauce on so many of my dishes! Two of my favorites are the Green Amigo and the Mad Dog 357 sauce. The green sauce has vinegar and cilantro in it and is mild, while the 357 sauce is scorching hot! Really be careful when you use the 357 sauce and use only a small drop!
